Every instruction is handled personally and tailored to the matter in front of us. Some accounts need one firm, well-drafted demand. Others need a debtor located first, or a credit bureau listing to supply the consequence that letters never do, or escalation to court when a debtor refuses all reasonable contact. Below is what we do, and when each approach is the right one.
Four ways we get you paid
01
Recovery of outstanding business debt from R20,000 upwards, with no maximum claim value. Direct, personal engagement with the debtor, consistent structured follow-up, and a negotiated outcome wherever one is possible.
Best when: the debt is fresh to moderately aged and you know where the debtor is.
02
We locate debtors who have moved premises, changed numbers or gone quiet, and confirm exactly which legal entity owes the debt before recovery effort is spent.
Best when: you cannot reach the debtor, or you are not certain who the legal debtor actually is.
03
Where it is warranted and lawful, we assist with listing defaulting debtors at the credit bureaux. For many debtors a damaged credit record motivates payment far more effectively than another letter.
Best when: the debt is undisputed, properly documented, and the debtor simply will not pay.
04
When a debtor refuses all reasonable contact we escalate, manage the attorney handover, and make sure your documentation is court-ready before it needs to be.
Best when: pre-legal recovery has genuinely run its course.
